                The JIT Lubrication monitoring and greasing control system allows for the setting of greasing variables, either by pressure or grease flow rate. Based on these user-set values, the system will monitor using flow and pressure sensors until the entered value is reached, cutting off the pneumatic supply to the pump being used. The greasing variables (pressure, flow rate, and temperature) will accompany data specific to the valve being greased and the environment. User data, ID, and valve models can be input via its HMI touchscreen. This information will generate a report that will be printed after each greasing, and also stored in the internal memory for later download via USB or Ethernet cable for manipulation.
