Our high pressure grease pumps have a pneumatic pump and press system, which allows heavy greases and sealants to be operated in adverse weather conditions with working pressures that reach 15,000 PSI – 1000 bar. Ideal for valve maintenance in pipelines of gas, oil, mining industry, etc.

The JIT Lubrication monitoring and greasing control system allows for the setting of greasing variables, either by pressure or grease flow rate. Based on these user-set values, the system will monitor using flow and pressure sensors until the entered value is reached, cutting off the pneumatic supply to the pump being used. The greasing variables (pressure, flow rate, and temperature) will accompany data specific to the valve being greased and the environment. User data, ID, and valve models can be input via its HMI touchscreen. This information will generate a report that will be printed after each greasing, and also stored in the internal memory for later download via USB or Ethernet cable for manipulation.

The high-pressure hydro-pneumatic grease pumps allow the injection of viscous greases, packing, lubricants and sealants, etc. for the maintenance of valves in gas, oil, chemical and other fluid pipelines distribution.

This unit is designed to supply this type of grease quickly and effortlessly, reaching 10,000 psi of pressure. lt is contained within a metallic structure that includes every equipment component.

APPLICATION
Designed for one grease “J” size stick- 35 mm (1 3/s”) x 215 mm (8 ½”) Diameter x Length.
The cylinder can also be filled with viscous greases of NLGI grades 1, 2, 3 up to 6.

The cylinder was designed to contain 3 sticks in type J format – 35 mm (1 ⅜’’) x 215 mm (8 ½’’) Diam x Length each.

Another option is offered to contain 1 cylinder with 3 sticks or 2 cylinders with 6 sticks in their entirety, which allows you to avoid loss of time and more continuous use of it.

Also, you can order with a remote control to get away the user of the red zone.

You can also complete the cylinder with NLGI grade 1,2,3, 4 to 6 viscous greases.

Our portable oil vacuum consists of a double diaphragm pneumatic pump and an FRL, mounted on a portable chassis.
