PORTABLE GREASE GUN 1 KG

This is our most portable greaser, with a metallic body with non-slip knurling. Its welded bottom to the greaser body prevents lubricant spills, thus achieving work under better cleaning and saving conditions. They come with an applicator tube of 150 mm in length and an application nozzle with jaws (hydraulic) or support (zerk).

PNEUMATIC PULSE GREASE PUMPS

4g per pulse

Portable and versatile greaser for grease application with a patented ergonomic design. Manufactured in steel, with an aluminum head, and brass valves. Bucket finished with oven-baked paint and grease press throughout the line, ensuring optimal use of grease under any condition, even with the most viscous greases, achieving a considerable advantage in time and effort compared to the manual line. Includes a 1.5m High-Pressure hose and a grease applicator nozzle with gripping jaws.

Ideal for lubricating components of agricultural and industrial machinery, automobiles, trucks on the road, repair shops, and maintenance. Its unique patented system allows dosing the grease, being able to precisely regulate the amount of lubricant applied to bearings and joints, avoiding waste of grease.

For grease distribution and application, with a double-acting cylinder and continuous grease flow; with a head entirely made of alloyed aluminum and a maintenance-free inner ball joint system.

CONTINUOUS FLOW PNEUMATIC GREASE PUMPS

60:1 – 1600 g/min

Our Italian-designed pneumatic greaser allows for the handling of heavier mineral greases due to its higher pressure ratio (60:1).

Machined from an aluminum bar, its system allows for the supply of a larger quantity of grease per minute (1600 g/min).

Specially designed for centralized distribution systems, where a greater quantity of grease and higher pressure over both short and long distances are required.

Additionally, its features enable it to work in the most hostile environments, performing greasing at temperatures below average.

HIGH-PRESSURE HYDROPNEUMATIC GREASE PUMPS

This unit is designed to supply type J greases at high speed and with the least possible effort, reaching up to 10,000 psi pressure. Housed in a metal structure containing each of the equipment components, making it versatile and portable.

TRANSFER PUMP

Manufactured in steel, with aluminum heads, fully painted in gray, with an O-ring No. 2-223 in its piston, supplied with the suction tube for 200-liter drums.

Its redesigned curved spout minimizes dripping after use, and its ergonomic plastic handle, without sharp edges, insulates from cold and heat.

The height of its metal body allows for the comfortable filling of 1-liter plastic bottles and 4-liter jerry cans for the fractionation of oils in lubricant centers.

Smooth and quiet operation allows for effective control over the flow of lubricant or fuel.

It can handle work with thinner, taking care to lubricate the rod and other exposed metal parts with oil.

PNEUMATIC OIL PUMP

Our Italian technology pneumatic pump allows for the distribution of low and medium viscosity oil (SAE 15/130), similar fluids, and antifreezes over short to medium distances.

The combination of the cart for moving 20-liter buckets with the pneumatic pump allows for the use of oil without performing any type of transfer, maintaining its hygiene.

PNEUMATIC OIL DISPENSER

A portable unit designed for supplying oil to different workstations (service stations, dealerships, mechanic shops, etc.).

These units, when filled with oil, are pressurized with compressed air through the inflation valve up to 6 kg/cm2, allowing for a flow rate of 6 liters/minute (at the aforementioned pressure).

OIL COLLECTORS AND VACUUM EXTRACTORS FOR WASTE OIL

FEATURES

Vehicle used oil suction equipment with a sight glass and collection tray.

This product allows for the collection of used oil in two ways:

In the first method, it uses an extraction probe that is inserted into the vehicle through the oil level dipstick. This extraction should be done with the oil at a temperature between 70ºC and 80ºC.

The vacuum is achieved by a pneumatic pump connected to the compressed air line.

The 10-liter sight glass allows the user to see the quantity and condition of the extracted oil with each use.

For the second option, an adjustable-height collection tray is used, which allows for the collection of used oil by removing the oil pan plug, positioning the equipment under the vehicle.

In both systems, the tank is emptied by pressurizing it, connecting the equipment to the compressed air line through the inflation valves and air regulator.

200 LITERS DRUM HANDLING TROLLEY

Sturdy cart made entirely of steel, ideal for handling oil and solvent drums in lubrication centers.

Its upper claw clamping system allows for loading and unloading the drum without the need for chains or lower hooks, maintaining it at a 45º tilt, supported by its easily gliding wheels.

With just one operator, simply lock and step, and the drum is ready to be transported smoothly, facilitating movement through narrower or difficult-to-access spaces.
